Policies and Payments

There are some things that are completely out of our control like getting sick, or your kids getting sick, and we know you can’t plan for your car breaking down or getting scheduled for a surprise meeting at work - but neither can we…

 

Please understand this affects us as a small business. We run by appointments only and we reserve your time especially for you and we need to put these policies in place to avoid last minute cancellations which are really damaging to our business.

 

 

All booking changes, rescheduling or cancellations must be done online using the link on your confirmation or reminder email, or select "Already Booked in" at the top right hand side of the website.


You are solely responsible for your own appointment any excuses will not be tolerated if  you forget to change/cancel your booking outside of the 72 hours policy.

 

PMU by Shon does NOT take responsibility for any messages received in regards to appointment changes or cancellations.

Messaging PMU by Shon at any point (before or after the 72 to 24 hour point of appointment) is not a sufficient means of changing or canceling your appointment. It must be online only, or fees will incur. Please read below.

 

 

Cancellation and rescheduling charges are non-negotiable.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling - Your deposit will be carried over if cancelled before 72 hours (we need time to fill your appointment). This also applies for your touch up appointments.

If failed to do so this will cause in your deposit to be forfeit and we will require the full appointment to be paid before you can reschedule. This also applies to sickness/if you come down with a cold.

 

 

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment time- service booked is charged in Full.

 

‘No-showing’ to an appointment - service booked is charged in Full.

 

Arriving more than 10 minutes late - your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged in full for the service.

 

Deposits are non-refundable 

**Deposits will be used as a credit for your next appointment (as long as you’ve rescheduled or canceled before the 72 hour mark).** 

 

Payments - You will be required to pay for appointment charges within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in your card being charged and any existing appointments being canceled, and the unpaid charges going on your account until paid.

You're liable for any collection fees due to unpaid invoices left longer than 4 weeks.

 

What if I changed my mind on the style of brow I want?

If you decide on your second brow tattoo appointment that you would like to add shading you will need to pay the difference of the amount on either Combo Brows or Powder Brows.

 

COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENTS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED TWICE. Any changes to your appointment above 2 times will be declined and will be cancelled.

 

 

Covid T&Cs - If you need to isolate or can not come due to testing positive all policies will apply as normal (72 hour timeframe).

You will be liable for any collection fees due to unpaid invoices if left longer than 4 weeks. 

 

The time that is allotted for your personal appointment is very important to us, we respect your time so please consider and respect ours. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, and give us more then 72 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment by doing so online. 

 

 

No children are permitted in the salon at your appointment- 

If a child (or children) are brought to an appointment, the appointment will have to be paid in full and it will be up to the client to schedule at a future date.  

It is not a child-proofed space. It isn’t fair to jeopardise other appointments happening within the vicinity with noises and distractions.  

Also services are meant to be time for yourself. We cannot guarantee an incredible or high quality service (which we pride ourselves on providing).
